Meeting for the Spring 2009 semester will be on the first and third Thursdays from 2:30 to 4:00 in room Ic 2107 2079 (<– That is a different room). Also as we approach CODCON we will start having meetings every Thursday. Remember you can always look up any event or meeting on the club calendar.

The final head count for this week’s Laser Quest was only 12, at best. Therefore, I’ve rescheduled this event for Sunday, Feb. 1 from 1:30 - 4:00 PM. Let me know ASAP if you can attend.

I need to get a head count as to how many folks plan to attend the Laser Quest event scheduled from 1:30 - 4:00 PM on Saturday, Jan. 17. We need about 15 or so to make it worthwhile and affordable. Please respond by Friday, Jan. 9; if it appears fewer than 10 folks plan to participate, I’ll have to cancel the event. Remember, non-members are welcome to participate. Thus far, I only have four (edit: now seven) confirmed attendees for this event. If we don’t have at least 15 players by Friday, Jan. 9, I’ll have to cancel this event. PLEASE RESPOND ASAP!!!

Just a reminder that we’re hosting Stuffed C.O.W.S. this weekend (11/28 - 30) in SRC 2800.
Aside from a wealth of RPGA D&D events, Concentric will also be on hand running various games. We’ll also have a Video Game room. In particular, the club will be sponsoring two events that weekend:

Subject: SRC-HSC Bridge Construction Follow UpIn our continued effort to inform the COD community, Facilities Planning and Construction has issued this Official Communication to provide more detailed information regarding the SRC-HSC bridge construction.
The bridge construction is now underway and with the ongoing construction, starting the week of December 1, 2008, portions of the SRC Student Lounge and SRC 2700 will be closed temporarily to separate construction activity from occupied space.
Access to SRC 2800, the majority of SRC 2700 and SRC Student Lounge will be maintained throughout construction. Construction of the bridge is tentatively scheduled to be completed in March 2009.
Please see the attached illustrations for general locations of the temporary partitions.
